Sept 2010-current Allied Beverages, Inc. Sylmar, Ca -Sales Administrative Assistant Duties include assisting upper and executive management in acquiring reports through Eostar, a sales reporting software. Help create spreadsheets with complex formulas in Microsoft excel to track progress of sales of the company, sales people and various suppliers. June 2011 Village Gardeners of the LA River Studio City, Ca -Landscape Design Consultant Provided design services to the Village Gardeners of the Los Angeles River, a non-profit organization for their “People, Pets and Native Plants” project in association with Sony Pictures Entertainment. Sept 2009-Feb 2010 Apple One Employment Services Beverly Hills, Ca Shapell Industries, Inc -Accounts Payable Temp- Data Entry Duties include data entry into AS800 (McCosker Program) for invoices that are paid through Shapell Industries. Assist in coding of invoices, clerical work, filing and making spreadsheets for Aging Reports. 2006-2011 Harmony Gardens Valley Village, Ca Landscape designer and assistant § Drafted and finalized plans for hardscape, planting and irrigation for city approval using Pro Planner Software. Worked independently on various design projects from start to finish to installation. 2007-2010 Kathryn Cerra Associates Burbank, Ca Landscape architect associate § Work alongside with Principal Landscape Architect on various projects ranging from upscale residential projects to public projects with the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, Friends of the L.A. River (FOLAR) and the Village Gardeners of the L.A. River.

Landscape Projects & Volunteer Experience

April 2009-current Village Gardeners of LA River Studio City, Ca Plant Installation § Earth Day event with the Village Gardeners of the Los Angeles River, planting native plants. Volunteered as a design professional from Kathryn Cerra Associates to help facilitate the placing of plants and locations. 2003-2004 Shikisaikan Kurogi, Fukuoka, Japan Conservation volunteer § Worked as a volunteer for a weekend in Shikisaikan, helping High School students learn about environmental conservation in Japan. 2003-2004 Tanagawa Community Center Fukuoka, Japan English Tutor § Tutored a group of women at a local community center while studying abroad in Japan. 2004 Hatta Elementary Fukuoka, Japan English Tutor § Volunteered at an elementary school in Japan and taught English to Japanese children, grades 1-5. |

Proficient in AutoCAD (at least 5 years experienced), Pro Planner Landscape Software, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Eostar software (Sales and Routing Software). I can work well independently as well as with others.
